Purpose

To agree the proposed extension to the
existing joint agreements with the NHS for the commissioning and
operational delivery of the Harrogate and Rural Alliance
(HARA)

Decision

Approval has been given to extend the existing
Section 75 agreements and Alliance Agreement for the Harrogate and
Rural Alliance (HARA) for a period of 12 months, plus an additional
12 months if required.
