To update the Local Management of Schools
(LMS) Procurement And Contract Procedure Rules to reflect the new
Procurement Act 2023.

Decision

The Corporate Director – Children and
Young People’s Service in conjunction with the Executive
Member for Education Learning and Skills has approved the change to
North Yorkshire Council’s Local Management of Schools (LMS)
Procurement and Contract Procedure Rules.
