Purpose

To accept a one month extension of local
transport powers that were delegated to North Yorkshire Council by
the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority

Decision

To consider and accept an extension of one
month (until 30 April 2025) to the delegation of Local Transport
Functions from the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority
(YNYCA) and

enter into a variation and extension agreement to the existing S101
Agreement between NYC, City of York Council (CYC) and YNYCA in
respect of the exercise of the delegated transport functions for
one month.
