Decision

To temporarily appoint Councillor David
Hugill, divisional representative for Hutton Rudby and Osmotherley
to Ingleby Arncliffe Parish Council under the delegated powers of
the Assistant Chief Executive, Legal and Democratic Services and
Monitoring Officer.

Reasons for the decision

To allow the Parish Council to maintain
quoracy in order to conduct business and co-opt additional
members.

Alternative options considered

Notice of Vacancy advertised in the Parish as
per procedure but no election was called for.
