Decision

To allow a Discretionary Top Up Grant of
£15,000.00 to provide garden fencing, a level access shower
and the bedroom and an existing ground floor room to have
specialist safety padding installed for the disabled client. Total
value of the adaptations will be over £50K with the
mandatory, discretionary and Social Services funding in
place.
