Decision

i. the acceptance of the 25/26 DEFRA National
Landscapes statutory grant totalling £953,853 and inform the
Assistant Director Resources, under delegation from the Corporate
Directors, Resources (Chief Financial Officer) in accordance with
grant acceptance guidance is accepted and.

ii. authority is delegated to the Assistant Director for
Environmental Services and Transport in consultation with the
Executive Member for Managing our Environment to accept additional
allocations of funding or to make minor changes to the programme
spend under delegated powers.
