The evidence demonstrates that the nomination
for Three Hares Inn, Bilbrough (NYCACV0061) does not meet the
definition of community value as detailed in the Localism Act
2011.

Alternative options considered

None. In considering the nomination for Three
Hares Inn, Bilbrough the Council’s responsibilities required
by the Localism Act 2011 and The Assets of Community Value
(England) Regulations 2012, are discharged.
