Decision

i) Agreed to publish the Decision Statement
which confirms the modifications made to the submission version of
the Clapham cum Newby Neighbourhood Plan and Policies Map.

ii) Agreed that as modified the Plan at appendixes 2 and 2a meets
Basic Conditions and other necessary requirements

iii) Agreed that the Plan (appendices 2 and 2a) proceeds to
referendum.

iv) Agreed that the voting area for the referendum should be the
area designated by the former Craven District Council and the YDNPA
in September 2018 (the Parish of Clapham cum Newby).

Reasons for the decision

To allow for the publication of the Decision
Statement for the Clapham cum Newby Neighbourhood Plan as set out
in Regulation 18 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General)
Regulations 2012, and to agree that the Plan proceeds to
referendum.
