Decision
To establish a new contract for Air Source
Heat Pumps (Leisure Centres) Servicing and Maintenance for North
Yorkshire Council, with:
•Trane UK Limited
Reasons for the decision
A decision has been made to establish a new
contract for the delivery of Air Source Heat Pumps (Leisure
Centres) Servicing and Maintenance, as the previous North Yorkshire
Council arrangements are due to expire on the 31st August 2025. The
new contract will include provision to provide all relevant
servicing and maintenance for Council Leisure Centre properties
when the previous arrangements expire.
The contract will be for a duration of three years, with an option
to extend for two years. The intention to establish a new contract
was entered onto the forward plan in August 2024. The decision had
previously been due to made on the 19th May 2025, however further
work had to be undertaken, resulting in a delay to the decision
being made.
