Decision

(i) It was agreed that there are currently
matters where the draft Regulation 14 (Pre-Submission)
Neighbourhood Development Plan does not meet the basic
conditions.
(ii) Following consultation with the Ward Member it was agreed to
provide representations to Bulmer Parish Council regarding the
Regulation 14 (Pre-submission) draft version of the Bulmer
Neighbourhood Development Plan.

Reasons for the decision

The Council has a legal duty to support Bulmer
Parish Council as the Qualifying Body in bringing forward a
neighbourhood development plan for Bulmer Parish. In fulfilling
this duty the Council had made representations on matters that
relate both to the basic conditions and where the plan could be
improved but does not relate to meeting the basic
conditions.
