To accept the recommendation by Councillor
Cattanach to award £1000 of his Locality Budget funding to
fund to replace all PC owned Sodium lights with LED
lights.

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Cattanach which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division he represents.
