Project Development and Delivery programme funding to support the
fitout of an Innovation Suite at the Whitby Maritime Hub.

Reasons for the decision

To seek to secure funds to improve the
facilities available at the Whitby Maritime Hub.

Alternative options considered

Seeking alternative sources of funding –
none are known of/available at the time of application.

Utilising Council funds – current climate makes this a
competitive process and the timings required to do so would put the
opportunity to develop the suite outside the live build
programme.
