on Social Housing via a Dynamic Purchasing System, the strategy
will outline the route to award the arrangements.

It is the recommendation to implement a procurement strategy to
assist the Service in meeting its Regulatory and Legal
responsibilities.

Approval of the commencement of a Procurement
Strategy for Social Housing works and services via a Dynamic
Purchasing System, the strategy will outline the route to award the
arrangements and will assist the service in meeting its Regulatory
and Legal responsibilities.

Reasons for the decision

To ensure the Housing Services are compliant
with the procurement of works and services, and its Regulatory and
Legal responsibilities.

Alternative options considered

To not procure a contract, this was rejected
as it would make the Service non-compliant with Procurement Rules
and its Regulatory and Legal responsibilities.
