Decision

That Thornton-le-Beans Parish Council be
included within the Community Governance Review (CGR) and the terms
of reference be amended accordingly.

This decision is taken under the delegated powers of the Assistant
Chief Executive Legal and Democratic Services and Monitoring
Officer.

Reasons for the decision

To allow any additional CGR requests to be
considered that were not included in the terms of reference
approved by Full Council on 16 July 2025. To also ensure that CGR
requests that are no longer required are not considered.

Alternative options considered

To not consider any additional CGR requests
that are deemed urgent, or remove any requests which are no longer
required, which is not in the public interest.
