Decision

To accept the recommendation by Councillor
Crane to award £700 of his Locality Budget funding to fund
Barlow Village club, Village club needs old windows which have been
boarded up for some time, to be replaced by brick and insulation,
making the building warmer and more inviting. The club is run by
volunteers as a not for profit organisation.

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Crane which directly promotes the social,
economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities within the
Division he represents.
