To accept the recommendation by Councillor
Windass to award £2500 of his Locality Budget funding to fund
the replacement of the manual winding mechanism of the church clock
at St James church clock.

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Windass which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division he represents.
