Gibbs to award £1014.40 of his Locality Budget funding to
fund the purchase of kitchen equipment for Harrogate homeless
project.

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Gibbs which directly promotes the social,
economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities within the
Division he represents.
