Decision

To submit the final ten-year Regeneration Plan
for Scarborough and the initial four-year Investment Plan to the
Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government
(MHCLG).

Reasons for the decision

To ensure that the Scarborough Neighbourhood
Board with support from the Council can deliver the Regeneration
Plan for Scarborough utilising the Plan for Neighbourhoods funding
offered by Government and use it to also lever in York and North
Yorkshire Combined Authority Funds, other public funding, and
private sector investment to drive real change in the town that
benefits the whole community.
