Sharma to award £1200 of his Locality Budget funding to fund
Newby and Scalby Library, warm welcome Christmas lucky dip and new
books for children at Christmas.

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Sharma which directly promotes the
social, economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities
within the Division he represents.
