the MGAC framework at a value of £295,253.67 for a
replacement pitch surface at Scarborough Sports Village, including
the removal of existing.

Reasons for the decision

A direct award decision has been made in
November, due to urgency, to SIS under the MGAC framework terms.
The scheme is programmed to commence on site in January 2026 and
complete in May 2026.
