and the proposed bids, as detailed in Appendix B of the report, are
approved.

Reasons for the decision

The recommendations will contribute towards
the Council’s ambition to be carbon neutral by
2030.

Alternative options considered

Bids are submitted to the Beyond Carbon Pump
Priming budget following an agreed process. Therefore, no
alternative options were considered.
