Decision

To award two revenue schemes for rebuild and
maintenance works for both Cow Dyke and Newby Hall North Retaining
Walls using NEC4 ECSC Contract. The contract is to be awarded to
Hinko Construction Ltd for the provision of carrying out the works
for the sum of £84,926.04.

Reasons for the decision

The works are to be awarded to allow for the
rebuild of failed sections of both Newby Hall North and Cow Dyke
Retaining Walls to allow NYC to carry out its statutory duty to
maintain its Highway structures under Highways Act 1980.
