Decision

To award a supply and installation contract to
Axo Leisure Services Limited at a value of £29,832.00 + VAT
for wet pour (rubber) safety surfacing to play areas at Camwal
Terrace, Starbeck, Harrogate; Long Acre Walk, Pannal, Harrogate;
and Masham Recreation Ground, Masham. The improvements include the
removal and replacement of existing worn surfacing at Long Acre
Walk and Masham and overlaying existing surfacing with new wet pour
at Camwal Terrace.

Reasons for the decision

A procurement exercise was undertaken during
winter 2026. The scheme is programmed to commence on site in March
and complete in April 2026.
