To accept the recommendation by Councillor
Mason to award £5000 of his Locality Budget funding to fund a
VAS sign to share in between Swinton, Amotherby, Habton, Hovingham
and Slingsby Village.

Reasons for the decision

The funding will support this specific project
recommended by Councillor Mason which directly promotes the social,
economic, or environmental wellbeing of the communities within the
Division he represents
