Purpose

The purpose of this report is two-fold:

1. Approval to update the system to manage the Education Health and
Care Plans (EHCP)

Subject to approval of the above,

2. Approval to proceed with procurement of a new system to manage
the statutory processes.

Decision

The procurement of a system to manage the
statutory processes associated with Education Health and Care Plans
(EHCPs) has been completed with a successful appointment of CACI as
the supplier.

To complete the procurement of a new
