To present the findings from the Housing & Leisure Overview & Scrutiny Committee review on Grounds Maintenance and present the review recommendatuons for approval

Decision

The Executive Member for Culture, Arts & Housing has considered and approved the recommendations arising from the Grounds Maintenance Scrutiny Review.

Reasons for the decision

The Executive Member was asked to approve the recommendations which were based on the scrutiny review's evidence, tenant consultation responses and focused delivery of a fair, consistent, cost-effective and tenant-focused grounds maintenance service across North Yorkshire Council housing stock.
