Decision
The Local Authority approves, through its discretion, a ‘nearest gate in the federation’ for home to school travel arrangements to Middleham and Spennithorne schools.
This decision is conditional upon the Federation of Middleham (VA) and Spennithorne (VC) CE Primary Schools continuing to provide support with inter-school transport where that is required under the home to school travel policy.
Reasons for the decision
To support the revised school organisation arrangements that are being established by the Federation of Middleham (VA) and Spennithorne (VC) Primary Schools with effect from 1 September 2026
