that:-
 
(a)      Cabinet formally adopt the
Northumberland Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plans
detailed in section 5.10 of the report (LCWIPs);
 
(b)      Cabinet note progress on
the infrastructure schemes to date; and
 
(c)      Notes the pipeline of
funding opportunities for delivering further
infrastructure.
