RESOLVED
that Cabinet approve the award of the Highways
Surfacing Contract to DSD Construction Ltd, for an initial period
of 2 years with option to extend for up to a further 2 years, with
an estimated maximum value of approximately £11m, as the
highest quality submission and the lowest cost to the
Council.
