RESOLVED that:-   (a)      Cabinet agrees to adopt the proposed new Housing Allocation Policy;   (b)      Cabinet agrees that any future changes to the policy, that are not major, be delegated for approval by the Director of Housing and Planning; and   (c)      the Leader contact Group Leaders to explain the detail and reasoning of the policy to avoid unnecessary concerns.
