RESOLVED
that Cabinet accept the document attached to the
report as a record of the Council’s first consideration of
actions the Council can take to conserve and enhance biodiversity
in accordance with S.40 (1C) of the Natural Environment and Rural
Communities Act 2006 as amended, which will then be used by
Officers to develop an implementation plan.
