RESOLVED
that:-
Energising Blyth Culture Venue Operational
Installations
a) Cabinet approve the
proposed spend of £0.508 million (£0.313 million
2024-25 and £0.195 million 2025-26) for the delivery of an
operational installations package of works at the new Culture Hub
in Blyth. This spend will be funded from the existing budget for
Energising Blyth Acquisition / Delivery Costs; and
b) Cabinet approve the
amendment to the Capital Programme to reallocate £0.508
million (£0.313 million 2024-25 and £0.195 million
2025-26) from the Energising Blyth Acquisition / Delivery Costs
project to the Energising Blyth Culture Venue Operational
Installations project.
Prudhoe Waterworld Improvements
Cabinet delegate authority to
the Executive Director of Place and Regeneration to enter into a
contract for the refurbishment works at Prudhoe Waterworld up to
the budget allocation within the Capital Programme.
