Purpose

To invite the Cabinet to endorse the
allocation of this grant that was incorporated provisionally in the
Council budget for 2024/25 adopted in February, but could not at
that point be formally confirmed because the Council was awaiting
both grant conditions and the outcome of a relevant judicial review
challenge to the use of the 2023/24 grant.
