This report outlines for Cabinet key elements
of new Government policy, affecting directly County Council
services and, our communities. It includes potential implications
for the County Council and residents.

RESOLVED
that:-
 
(i)       Cabinet note the
summary analysis of new Government policies;
 
(ii)       Cabinet consider the
outline approaches to responding to these new policies;
and,
 
(iii)      Cabinet agree to receive
further reports on new Government policies, as the details of
implementation and impacts on the Council and communities become
clearer.
