Joint Committee on Mineral and Waste Planning

The Joint Committee on Mineral and Waste Planning brings together councillors from Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council. It discusses and advises on the creation, content, and review of policies for mineral extraction and waste management across both areas. The committee provides advice to the Executive of each council on these planning matters. Its role is advisory, and it meets as needed to fulfil its responsibilities.
