About

The Licensing Panel is a sub-committee of the Licensing Committee, responsible for handling specific issues related to the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005. It can also address other matters referred by council officers or the main committee. The Panel is made up of at least three elected members from the Licensing Committee, with a minimum of three members required for meetings. The committee can establish multiple panels and members may rotate between them.
