The Cabinet of Oldham Council adopted and published the Oldham Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI) Strategy and Action Plan on 16 June 2025. The decision was made to guide the council's approach to making EVCI more accessible, appropriate, and available for residents. The strategy and action plan will be used to guide the utilisation of grant funding opportunities to improve the EVCI offer across Oldham.
