Purpose

The Council has successfully secured 100%
Grant funding from Natural England, via the Yorkshire Dales
National Park Authority (YDNPA), to deliver an expansion to an
existing maintenance scheme on a section of the Pennine Bridleway
National Trail.

Content

RESOLVED - That:
To accept the YDNPA grant funding and approve the delivery of
(Phase 2) of the scheme also detailed in this report.

Reasons for the decision

Not to accept the offer of grant funding and
not progress the scheme detailed above. There is no guarantee that
100% match funding from the YDNPA will be available in future
years.
