Purpose
The Highway Regulation Committee considered a
report on several objections received to the proposed extension of
the existing Prohibition of Waiting restrictions on Gloucester
Street North / Radnor Street, Werneth. A report recommending the
extension of the existing Prohibition of Waiting on Gloucester
Street North / Radnor Street, Werneth, was approved under delegated
powers on 18 June 2024. The proposal was subsequently advertised,
four objections were received.
A copy of the approved report was attached in Appendix A and copies
of the objections were attached in Appendix B.

RESOLVED - That:
in accordance with the recommendation of the Highways Regulation
Committee of 19 June 2025, that the objection be dismissed, and the
original proposal (as advertised) be introduced as detailed in the
drawing and plan in the Highway Regulation Committee Report
approved under delegated powers on 19 June 2025
