Authority was delegated to the Director of Public Health, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care, Health and Wellbeing, to make all decisions regarding the utilisation of this funding. This includes varying existing contracts, issuing grant agreements, or awarding contracts stemming from a compliant procurement process, with the Borough Solicitor or nominee carrying out necessary legal formalities.
