Councillor Malik has submitted a request for a £600 payment to Grace Church Cowley - support for a Christmas Tree and Celebrations with carol singing and refreshments.

The Councillor notes ' The event is on the 29th of November. need to order the tree in advance to be delivered. '

Alternative options considered

The Ward Member spend could not be approved; however, the application has been reviewed by the relevant consultees and fits with the scheme as set out within the Constitution.
