The Director of Communities and Citizens Services decides as follows:

Approve the Ward Member Budget request from Councillor Robinson for £450.00 payment to Oxford Mutual Aid - to keep the food parcels being delivered whenever they are needed by households. 

Reasons for the decision

Councillor Robinson has submitted a request for £450.00 for a £450.00 payment to Oxford Mutual Aid - to keep the food parcels being delivered whenever they are needed by households. 

The Councillor notes 'Oxford Mutual Aid deliver food parcels to around 300 families and households in Marston every year. These are a lifeline for many households living on a budget. To keep the food parcels being delivered whenever they are needed by households.'

Alternative options considered

The Ward Member spend could not be approved; however, the application has been reviewed by the relevant consultees and fits with the scheme as set out within the Constitution.
