Approve the Ward Member Budget request from Councillor Lancaster for £97.00 payment to South Oxford Community Centre - meeting room hire costs for the Hinksey Pool User Group meetings for the 2026 season.

Reasons for the decision

Councillor Lancaster has submitted a request for £97.00 payment to South Oxford Community Centre - meeting room hire costs for the Hinksey Pool User Group meetings for the 2026 season.

The Councillor notes ' Meeting room hire costs for the Hinksey Pool User Group meetings for the 2026 season, which are held at South Oxford Community Centre. Meeting dates: 30th Mar, 27th Jul and 28th Sept.’

Alternative options considered

The Ward Member spend could not be approved; however, the application has been reviewed by the relevant consultees and fits with the scheme as set out within the Constitution.
