There were no votes against or abstentions.
DECISION
(a) That the findings of the review of the Winter Maintenance Plan be noted.
(b) That the revised Winter Maintenance Plan for 2026/27 be approved.
(c) That the pilot salt storage arrangements at Rhyd and Fishguard be noted.
(d) That an annual review cycle for the Winter Maintenance Plan be approved.
(e) That a further report be brought back to Cabinet following Winter 2026/27.
(f) That the Head of Transport and Operations be authorised to implement the new approach and make operational amendments to the Winter Maintenance Plan.
Reason for Decision: To provide a suitable and resilient winter maintenance plan to support the whole County of Pembrokeshire based on current needs and prioritise.
