(a)  That Fishguard Town Hall be declared surplus to requirements.

(b)  That the freehold transfer of Fishguard Town Hall to Fishguard and Goodwick Town Council at an undervalue in reliance upon the General Disposal Consent (Wales) 2003 be approved.

(c)  That the proposed lease back to the Council of the first floor of the Town Hall for the purposes of the library and tapestry gallery be noted.

(d)  That local member concerns about the future accommodation of existing market traders be noted; and that the Head of Property, Economic Development and Regeneration ensures meaningful dialogue between those traders and Fishguard and Goodwick Town Council has started before the transfer is completed.

Reason for Decision: To enable officers to finalise negotiations with Fishguard and Goodwick Town Council over the Community Asset Transfer.
