DECISION

That the acquisition of seven units of housing at Ger y Môr, Saundersfoot, up to the maximum price specified in Appendix A, be approved, subject to the satisfactory completion of due diligence

Reason for Decision: To comply with the requirements of the Constitution, to help bring this proposed development of affordable homes to fruition, to contribute towards corporate housing priorities.
