DECISION

That authority be delegated to the Director of Resources to determine whether to continue to permit use of UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) grant for a revision to the original Coastal Connections; Empowering Health and Community in Pembrokeshire project, following determination of the planning application by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority; and if it is determined the proposal should not proceed, to withdraw funding and recover monies where entitled to do so, with any recovered funding being allocated to UKSPF Project PS110 Pembrokeshire Eco Park.

Reason for Decision: To safeguard public money and ensure it is used for the purposes intended.
