DECISION

(a)  That the invitation and evaluation of tenders for a residual waste treatment solution from 17 March 2027, for a period of eight years with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months in 12-month increments, be approved.

(b)  That delegated authority be granted to the Director of Place to award the contract.

Reason for Decision: To ensure service continuity, statutory compliance, value for money, and budget certainty while minimising operational and financial risk.
