The following declarations were made:
Item 4 – Acquisition of 22 Waterloo Square, Milford Haven, for the purpose of the HRA business plan
Councillor Aaron Carey declared a personal and prejudicial interest by virtue of being the owner of the property.
Item 11 – Review of Council Tax Premium for Long-Term Empty Properties
Councillor Michelle Bateman declared a personal and prejudicial interest by virtue of a close family member owning an empty property. She advised that she has been granted dispensation to speak only on this matter and not to vote.
Item 14 - Response to Consultation on the classification of self-catering properties for local tax purposes
Councillor Alistair Cameron declared a personal and prejudicial interest by virtue of owning a holiday let in Saundersfoot. He advised that he has been granted dispensation to speak only on this item and not to vote.
