RESOLVED

(a)  That the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence technologies within schools be noted.

(b)  That the opportunities and challenges presented by Artificial Intelligence within schools be noted.

(c)  That the requirements placed upon schools by examination regulators and awarding bodies be noted.

(d)  That support for the continued development of guidance, training and governance arrangements relating to the safe, ethical and effective use of Artificial Intelligence within schools be expressed.

(e)  That the matter be added for further Committee consideration in 12 months time.
